Nutrition Coach & Fitness Trainer for Parents

Hi, I’m Rob — a proud dad to my 5-year-old son, Freddie, and husband to Fliss. We live in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and I understand first-hand how hard it can be to balance family life with staying healthy, losing weight, and keeping fit.

As a certified Nutrition Coach and Fitness Trainer, I specialise in helping mums and dads across the UK achieve weight loss and fitness goals with realistic, family-friendly coaching. My approach is built on:

  • Time-efficient fitness plans — home workouts or gym programs that fit into busy parent life.

  • Personalised coaching — tailored to your goals, whether it’s post-natal weight loss, fat loss, strength, or building lifelong healthy habits.

My Journey

Over the last 18 months, I’ve lost 20kg myself through sustainable eating and home-based workouts. I know the challenges of weight loss — and how powerful it feels to achieve results you can maintain while balancing work, parenting, and everyday life.

My Experience

Before coaching, I played county cricket for Middlesex and represented top-tier teams across the UK and in Australia. Sport taught me discipline, consistency, and how proper nutrition fuels performance — lessons I now pass on to my clients. Today, when I’m not coaching parents, you’ll usually find me on the golf course (currently off an 8.6 handicap!).
